The QH Society officially launched its new website on September 21, 2022. The redesigned site represents the project team's determined effort to make our online presence the No. 1 go-to place for the global QH community. Researchers, faculty members, students, and the public can explore our latest news, activities, and program through new and updated content.
Efforts are ongoing to improve website content and navigations
The Society is going forward with optimism and enthusiasm in this continuous improvement process while noting the expanded efforts that are now underway by the HKU-led project team. Its interdisciplinary research project on the quantitative history of China has recently been awarded the Areas of Excellence (AoE) Scheme 2022/23 (Tenth Round). This timely and substantial grant from the Hong Kong Research Grants Council (RGC) means that the Society will work in conjunction with the proposed Centre for Quantitative History, which is to be established in January 2023.
